  • You can self refer, have a family member, carer, GP’s, Aged Care Package Coordinator or NDIS Support Coordinator refer (with your consent).

  • Located in Dubbo. But, Yes we do travel out west. Happy to provide sessions where you feel most comfortable. Whether that be your home, local community centre, library, online or mobile phone.

  • The cost of Thrive Out West services may be funded through your NDIS plan, your home care package provider or you can self-fund.

  • Various payment methods offered. Happy to discuss.
